 If the radius of two circles is same then they are identified as congruent Circles.

2.Tangent to a circle 

Tangent line is the line which intersects the circle at one point only and that point is known as point of Tangency.
  • Radius of the circle and tangent line intersect at 90°.

3. Polygon inscribed in a Circle or Circle Circumscribed a polygon

When   all the vertices of a polygon lie on the circumference of the circle, it is known as inscribed polygon or circle is circumscribed about a polygon.

When one side of the inscribed triangle is diameter of the circle then triangle will be a right angle triangle. As in the following figure ΔPQR is a right angle triangle.

4.   Circle inscribed in a circle or Polygon Circumscribed a circle

If each side of the Polygon is tangent to a circle, then it is known as circle is inscribed in a polygon or polygon is circumscribed about a circle

5. Concentric Circles

When two or more circles are having same centers then it is known as concentric circles.
